This notice explains how Tunstall Associates (Singapore) handles personal data collected through tunstallasc.com. Last updated 6 November 2026.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, organisation (optional) and message. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you give it to arrange the meeting.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry or arrange a call. The contact form sends an email to our team. We do not store form entries on this website, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Third parties

Calendly (scheduling), LinkedIn (links to the Risk in Asia newsletter), and X and Facebook (links to our social profiles) are separate services with their own privacy policies. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for it to work, plus any set by the Calendly booking widget when you load it.

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to its use. Write to steve@tunstallasc.com and we will respond promptly.
