Steve has supported multiple companies across Asia as they begin and mature their sustainability journeys. Over a decade ago he supported Cathay Pacific and the broader Swire Pacific Group as they produced their first Corporate Social Responsibility reports, and he continued to support and drive the CSR agenda throughout his time in the organisation.

Steve is Finance Director of the charity Zero Waste SG, which leads the drive towards zero waste in Singapore through education and advocacy.
