Delivered complex insurance, change management and risk projects, and ran the internal legal and compliance department. Rolled out a full enterprise risk management programme across Swire Pacific from scratch over two years, reporting to the Audit Committee and the Board Safety Committee.
Managing Director, Jardine Schindler Lifts Singapore
Turned the Singapore unit around from a major loss-maker to profitability, and merged two company units into one with minimal disruption.
